- Sandra2021-02-22T11:45:28-05:00I have not been able to open slotomania on my iPad since the last app update, 3 weeks ago. Cannot get any support from slotomania. Very frustrating. I have spent countless hours trying all the different fixes and nothing has helped. Some people say to delete the app and reload however instructions say if you delete you lose all the data etc. I have done an offload and reloaded and that did not work .......I give up...Evidently slotomania not concerned that they will not be getting anymore of my money.

- KristenAfter reading the comments here. I filled the advice of making sure I had the updates to my phone and Slotomania then I checked it make sure it was still in my purchases which it was. I deleted the app off my phone then reinstalled from the app purchases and all of stuff was there. The only thing I didn’t do it brings up a screen that said sign in with Facebook or Sign In with Apple store and since I had done neither of those I hit the later button
